Grand Prix se formó en 1995 en Bs. As. y debutaron discográficamente en un tributo a The Cure con la canción “Love Cats”. Tras participar en sendos tributos a Charly García y a The Smiths, en 2000 editaron su primer álbum, “Hogar”. Su segundo álbum “Lejos” se editó en España en 2002. Grand Prix se separó 2004 pero sus miembros comparten un grupo de Whatsapp y, de vez en cuando, algún escenario.
